From August 1, 2009, the North-Western branch of OJSC Megafon opens a new “Unlimited Internet” tariff plan for connection.
The tariff is available on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous District, the Vologda, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov Regions and the Republic of Karelia.
Subscription fee from 499 to 799 rubles (depending on the region).
Speed up to 7.2 Mbps.
I’ll say right away that after downloading 2 Gigabytes per month, the speed limit begins to 64 kbit / s.
