Technical analysis of IBS supplies

The quality of the delivery of Alt Linux to schools, performed by IBS, caused a stormy public response. A group of technical experts (including some ENT moderators and others, well-known experts in the community) conducted a technical analysis of the materials - both the initial and repeated (correcting) supplies.
