About flash banners

When I see a banner that interests me - I always click on it. But in different ways:

1) If the site on which the banner is located, I’m not interested - I click the left mouse button. Sometimes, of course annoying, that opens a new tab, or, God forbid, a new window. But this is not the worst.

2) If the site where the banner is located is good and interesting, then I don’t want to open it in the same tab. And I click the mouse wheel. And what happens? Nothing. Then I right click to select “open in new tab”. And what happens? I’m shown “About Flash Player” and a couple more points that I have never used in my life (and I can’t even imagine a situation when I need these items). What am I doing to still look at what advertises a banner? Usually - no-che-go (unless, of course, there is not “an offer that cannot be refused at all”).

')
For example, an Iconza banner on Habré from above does not allow you to open yourself in a new tab using familiar methods. And the banner is interesting and beautiful. And the resource is very good (IMHO). But I found out about it (no, I never clicked on the banner) only after someone wrote about it, Ikonze, the post, and there I saw the link. Which can be opened in a separate window.

And the laptops on the right are still unclipped. Just like most banners on Habré.

Morality:
1) Can banner developers still provide the opportunity to open a banner in a new tab? It's not difficult, right?
2) An alternative option for website developers: maybe there is some way (I myself can’t imagine it very well, but still) make all banners on my site completely clickable?

For some reason it just seems to me that I am not the only one ... And with a lot of traffic, even 5% of conversions can be large sums that can both be saved and lost. In general, think about it. Thank.
