Create view, shared hosting and .masterhost

Today I ran into a very "fascinating" problem on .masterhost .
It's time to publish the site, create a database, upload a dump. MySQL version 5.0.67 there.
I opened phpMyAdmin, chose a database, chose a file with a dump, upload: epic fail !
#1142 - CREATE VIEW command denied to user 'uxxxx'@'10.10.223.248' for table 'getSiteRubrics'

I look at it, do not believe my eyes, open the console, perform
CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW `…
Error !


I call support, after the third redirect I ask my question, a minute of waiting and a long-awaited answer: “This command is forbidden on shared hosting, we cannot turn it on specifically for you. Buy VDS.

After my question “My Effective tariff plan, why nothing is written about these restrictions on the site, even in the section about mysql?” I was answered “We cannot specify absolutely all restrictions”.

I asked for technical or political reasons this command is not available? I did not hear a sensible answer.

Can anyone know why. Masterhost is so “afraid” of create view ? I resent!
