Psi 0.13

Having passed the next stage of development, The Psi Team presented the “happy” regular release of the cross-platform Jabber client Psi.
In the new version:

• Voice calls (using jingle )
• URI Handler
• The ability to memorize user-approved certificates
• Built-in command interpreter (Ctrl + 7 in chat window)
• As always bug fixes
