I found and downloaded ScreenRecycler , which allows you to connect via VNC to another computer (different platforms are supported) and use the screen of this computer. There is a similar Synergy program, but it seemed too complicated to me - I am just a designer. I installed a client and a server on both computers, it all worked:
But the virtual screen was too slow. Indeed, the data between the computers "went" on the company's wi-fi network, and this is not very fast. Fortunately, there are firewire ports in the MacBook and in the Aimak. I connected computers with this cable and turned off wi-fi on the aimag. Everything began to work very quickly.
It remains only to configure the location of monitors in MacOS. My version looks like this:
This configuration has been working for me for the second week. True, I had to buy for $ 30 a license for ScreenRecycler, but, if anything, there is a free Synergy. On the laptop screen, I have icq and gtalk, on a virtual screen, an email client or brief from the client, on the main monitor, Photoshop / Illustrator. Very comfortably!
