Question: What is wrong in Oper'e?

I want to turn to experts Oper'y.

For a long time already I read Habr, for a long time I have been using Oper'oy Potable 9.2.
I do not want to change: I used to. I always have with me on a flash drive and mail, and RSS-aggregator, and browser with my bookmarks.

But there was a problem recently: the Habr site is not displayed :(
I read posts by RSS-subscription, and open interesting in the browser. The page is loaded, loaded (in the status bar can be tracked), and then - everything! - clean sheet and end of loading: (
Maybe someone knows how to cure it?
