Strangeness with gogrid.ru

I read an article about GoGrid - an alternative cloud and decided to register with them on the site so that I could test the whole thing and get a bonus at the same time! Although not so much a bonus interested as the cloud itself). I tried to register on gogrid.ru but it didn't work out. Then I decided to unsubscribe in those. under. on the same page I clicked on the chat and started chatting:
