According to a press release from RBC Information Systems , it controlled - or rather, control of Media Mir LLC, a subsidiary of RBC - passed LLC Loveplanet, which owns the resource Loveplanet.ru . The developer of the service, Artfon LLC, appears to remain the owner of a certain stake in the project.

Alexey Rubtsov, General Director of Loveplanet LLC, said that the price of the transaction is quite market, but its participants are not ready to name it. When asked whether RBC and Artfon had cooperated before the transaction, he clarified that any transaction was preceded by a rather long preparation period, during which Media Mir and Artfon worked closely enough.
