Windows4all is a virtual operating environment on the SilverLight platform (more precisely, its emulator :)).

There is support for the desktop, menus and the following applications:
• File Explorer
• Internet Explorer
• Video Player
• Rich text editor
• Notepad
• Paint
• Calculator
• Games like Chess, Solitaire, Spider, Tic-tac-toe
Most importantly, the installation of new programs is supported. They, accordingly, should be developed on SilverLight.
