Sun Startup Essentials
Finally, after so many months of running in, the Sun Startup Essentials program started in Russia. This is a special program aimed at start-ups that allows you to buy Sun equipment with significant discounts, get technical advice and training, contracts to support MySQL with discounts, etc.

If you satisfy all these conditions, feel free to go to the site of the program http://ru.sun.com/startupessentials/ . Click on the “Become a member for free” banner, fill out a form and wait for a registration number in the program for several days (this time is necessary to verify the data).
Then you go directly to Sun or to one of our partners, indicating your registration number and you will be provided with a full price list for equipment and training. I unfortunately can not put specific numbers here - this can be considered a public offer of blah blah blah, and suddenly if something, then we are not right, etc. etc…
But nevertheless I can say this: all discounts on equipment are more than what a dealer gets when they buy; for lightweight servers, an average discount of 20-25%, for heavy machines up to 50%. On storage'a discounts of about 30%. Approximately the same layouts for software support contracts.
Very soon, hosting for OpenSolaris with discounts and a little more goodies will be added to this.
So if you are looking for something to deploy your AMP or Java application, or need support for Java, Solaris or MySQL, then you are welcome to participate.
