Learning English language times with UML-CRC. The note

Good afternoon, dear community! I want to share with you a good, in my opinion, way of studying the times of the English language. I very much hope that this article will be useful to those who have difficulty with learning the times in English. This is not such a simple thing ─ to know 26 times, and even harder to learn how to use them at the right time.

It seems to me that the most important thing in the study of any subject is the systematized assimilation of information. It is with this purpose that the CRC - cards used in the early design stages, using UML, in a somewhat unconventional way - will do quite well.

I will give an example of a card with consideration Present Ind. Tense:


For this example, I chose five, in my opinion, the most important points:

1. Time name
2. How time is formed
3. Time identifiers or words most frequently used with a given time.
4. Examples of the use of time

Important in this method is the independent mapping, the effect of the cheat sheet. In principle, you can quickly create an html template for such cards, fill in a table, print it and put it on the wall. :)

This method of learning the time of the English language will also be useful to those who simply do not want to lose the already acquired knowledge.
