I wanted the same for Windows, and as a programmer from me no, I had to look. After a brief search,
Text Terminal Screen Saver was found, which has similar functionality. It certainly looks not as impressive as Phosphor, but it does its main task. As output data, you can slip a text file containing, for example, the glibc compilation process. This greatly facilitated the return to Windows :) This is how the Text Terminal looks like:
