Attribute "align" element "img"

I think that the Habrahabr help could reflect a little more clearly the fact that the use of the <img> element allows (among others) the attribute align = "...", which allows to center the image or float it to the left or right edge of the page .



In addition, it is not very clear how to center the text (to get a caption to the centered image). The <center> element is not allowed, the align = "..." attribute in the <p> element does not work ...
