Runner has a crisis?

There was a problem with the withdrawal of money from the runner. They have a period of 2 weeks for checking in the rules, but my last order has been in the Checked status for 1.5 months. I wrote them 4 times, each time they answer: “Sorry for the delay, we are about to print it out ...”, but there’s still no money. At the same time, it is possible to transfer funds to the advertiser's account in their own system without any problems.



I suppose that they have a financial deficit, which they cover by increasing the delays in paying partners, which in general is logical. Apparently things are not going very well with the Runner, in vain they did not sell Google then.
