I propose to implement a funny function for habratopikov - protection against habraeffekta.
To protect, the stump is clear, it is necessary not the habratopiki, but the sites indicated in them. Because poor site owners sometimes have little idea what it is - to publish your project in the “I am PR” section and thus put it for half a day, not being sure about its load resistance.
I suggest to implement it on the party of the writing client in the form of a checkbox "to consider habraeffekt". You can even add 10/100/1000 hits per second / minute, etc. On the server side, temporarily hide the topic from the tops and rss tapes in this way when the specified threshold is reached.
