Webmoney has a crisis
I am a user of the webmoney system since 2005, mainly used it to pay for domain names and hosting, the amount you understand is small. I have a formal certificate and was pleased with everything until yesterday, when the next term of payment for hosting came up ...
After transferring money to my wallet (3000r through QIWI) I receive a message with the following content:
Given the nature of your operations, you are forced to establish your identity.
There are two options:
1. You get a PERSONAL certificate ( passport.webmoney.ru ) and continue to use Webmoney.
2. You DO NOT RECEIVE a PERSONAL certificate and WE stop servicing your WMID then, on the basis of clause 9.5 of the Agreement on transfer of property rights with title signs ( www.webmoney.ru/rus/cooperation/legal/syagreement1.shtml ), you can withdraw balances from of your wallets to a BANK account opened in the name provided when registering a keeper - No other name of the account holder is allowed.
For the exchange of various types of title units, for the one that corresponds to the currency of your bank account, operations on the exchange are now available to you exchanger.ru
Report your decision.
After this message, my account was blocked.
Appealed to arbitration - full ignore. I don’t want to go somewhere with documents, I don’t want to open an account in the bank for the sake of 3000r either. I am ready to refuse webmoney at all and use other payment schemes, but I don’t want to give them money. An acceptable option for me would be the opportunity to spend this money and then close my account, but as I said, the arbitration is silent.
I make the only possible conclusion webmoney creates problems for me to withdraw money to get $ 15-20 per personal certificate. I would like to hear comments from the community on this issue.
