Using Twitter as a distribution channel

One of the most successful media companies in the world, Craigslist online classifieds, seems to have a very interesting competitor soon. Just yesterday, I wrote that instead of building your own distribution channels, you should learn how to use other people's channels, and today there came the news of an interesting attempt of this kind.

Oodle is going to use Twitter to broadcast its ads. He will broadcast to your account at least 10,000 ads per day. Their texts will contain khashtagi and keywords. Oodle users will be able to centrally place ads not only on Twitter, but also on Oodle accounts on Facebook and MySpace.
I must say, Oodle has used other people's channels before, in particular the AOL network. Now, the idea is based on the fact that once users of social networks already share links, mood, news, they will also easily share the announcement of the sale of a bicycle, a used phone, etc. At the same time, the chances of success of the transaction should only increase, because on the social network the chain of friendships increases the level of trust in the transaction. Moreover, the creators of the service want people not only to advertise, but to discuss them, clarify information, find out the opinions of friends.
Oodle hopes that by connecting attendance with social interactivity, they will strengthen their position in competition with Craigslist.
