Medvedev instructed First Deputy Prime Minister Shuvalov to deal with government purchases

Today, Medvedev at a meeting with Shuvalov told the following story. Thanks to the president’s blog, he received a message that the government procurement site allegedly created contests using Latin letters instead of Cyrillic.
