SMS cost for short numbers

I updated my SMS cost verification service to “short numbers”.
Now:

• new numbers have been added, now there are 442
• The opportunity to view the cost of operators
• You can add information about the rooms and comments
• SMS service added

Information is taken from the site of the megaphone as well as four large billing, prices are indicated with VAT (by the way, prices are almost everywhere without VAT). The service itself was completely rewritten, now it is based on cakephp, although I would not say that it was strongly justified. I will not write anything about the SMS service - who needs to sort it out themselves.
