Quite by chance I came across an interesting program.
I paid attention to it because of the painfully familiar picture, but in a new design.
The description of the program says that it is designed to help you understand the mess of shortcuts on the desktop of the operating system.
')
When launched, it allows the computer owner to structure the randomly scattered application icons by creating on the Windows desktop highlighted areas within which the shortcuts of a certain category are placed. You can drag areas, change their names, transparency, size and other characteristics.
And what do we see? RIGHT! This is Windows 3.11 for workgroups))))
The program itself is called Fences. It weighs relatively little (6.35 MB). Works under Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows XP.
