Alt = "" icons near the title of the translated article

That's what I’m talking about: go to the page with translated articles by turning off images in the browser (I use Opera). Near the title of the article always hangs the same die with the inscription (Z-> A), which, as I understand it, bears a purely decorated character. Meanwhile, the picture is repeated in the design of all the headings, but in each case for some reason it also has an alt with the title, containing the title of the translated article.

If you turn off the display of pictures, then it looks all terrible: the alts crawl to the full width, duplicating the title itself with the text.

It would be more logical to make the title of the article with the title (h2 would fit perfectly), and to attach the design picture to the header with a background image using CSS, setting the required padding-left. And the bug would be gone, and the code would become tidier.
