In order to activate the local version, it is enough to log in using your username / password with My Opera / Sync or New OpenID, and also enable the corresponding language and country in the portal settings. As it turned out, because of the beta version, an unpleasant bug was discovered - the new version of the portal is not visible from the outside. Developers personally notified, are engaged in correction.
