Nikon and Fujitsu team up

More specifically, we are talking about the merger of Nikon Systems Inc. (a division of Nikon Corp.) and Fujitsu Broad Solution & Consulting Inc. into one venture called Nikon Imaging Systems. The new division will be engaged in the development of firmware for Nikon digital cameras. Work will begin in August of this year.
