To implement this feature, the HTC MAX 4G used the world's first technology to download tracks protected by a Windows Media DRM license, bypassing a computer, directly to a mobile phone with the Windows Mobile operating system. The technology was developed by Yota experts in collaboration with Microsoft. A DRM subscription on a mobile device has never been done by anyone in the world without having to connect it to a computer, and many were convinced that this was simply not possible.
You can download recordings through the updated website of the Yota Music service or through the HTC MAX 4G phone application, for which a new version has also been released.

Music is downloaded with a quality of 192 kbps WMA, using Windows Media Player 11 for listening. The DRM license action allows you to listen to music for the entire period for which the user has paid for Yota Internet.
In the updated version of the service Yota Music, there are other new features. So, on the site, the user can now create their own music collections, in addition to the "Favorites" and thematic music channels. On the phone appeared caching the selected music channel. Thanks to him, the music on the phone continues to sound, even if the user briefly leaves the coverage area (for example, in the underpass). Music is recorded in RAM for 30-40 minutes ahead, and when leaving the zone, the sound is not interrupted.
Yota Music now offers users more than 600,000 tracks of the world's leading and Russian labels. Presented only licensed music of all directions and eras.
