Two possibilities that I miss in Windows and Word.
1. In the work of the Microsoft Explorer, I really miss the opportunity to open several folders as one.
Take, for example, the Music folder: it is impossible to store 15 gigs of music in one list, therefore, naturally, the content is sorted into numerous subfolders. ')
And I really lack the ability to view the contents of several folders at once. To select 2 or more folders, click on them and their contents, only their contents will open in this or a new window.
Now each folder will open in a new window - and I will have to dangle between them, there can be no talk of a simultaneous group operation with them. Very uncomfortable.
2. As for the Word, my biggest claim to it after download speed (I often write in Notepad just because I am too lazy to wait a few extra seconds to load it) is a new window for a new document.
Why the MS cannot borrow the browser principle of operation - the new tab in the program window is not clear.
Moreover, each window closes with the same combination of control-F4 as the tab of any browser.
ZY I am writing to my personal blog, because in the future I will supplement this list - and already when at least a dozen of such ideas are gathered, I will publish them in one of the public blogs. But opinions are accepted now :)
