Structured dialogue about the future is based on relevant issues. Newsweek asked one such question in 1997. President Lincoln was a great orator. He could wonderfully convey his thoughts to the public; people listened and understood what he was talking about. President Roosevelt made a strong impression by speaking on the radio; his “Fireside Talks” in the 1930s — the golden age of radio — were outstanding. Outstanding "television" presidents were, above all, John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. Then the relevant question followed: who will be the Internet president? Who will be able to understand how you can make the most of this advanced means of communication?
