19-year-old blind teenager Matthew Weigman (Matthew Weigman) last Friday was
sentenced to 11 years in prison for illegal entry into the telephone network and intimidation of an employee of the telephone company Verizon.
Matthew Weigman, nicknamed “Little Hacker”, for more than five years headed an organized hacker group engaged in telephone fraud. Matthew, who was born blind, was considered one of the world's best telephone hackers (his

interview, he admitted that he had been interested in this business since eight years.
Personally, Matthew was involved in more than 60 special police calls (SWAT) through the 911 service. Other members of the gang were convicted earlier for periods of one and a half to five years, but Matthew received the most because, apart from fraud, he physically threatened the specialist who collected the evidence in his case.
Hackers called from the victim’s numbers to 911. For example, on June 12, 2006, they set up one Texas resident, reporting on his behalf to the police that he had allegedly taken hostages and had already killed several people from an AK-47 machine gun, and he himself was under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs. After such a call, SWAT special forces armed with teeth and snipers surrounded the house, and the victim of telephone terrorism was miraculously survived.
