Qiwi. Mobile wallet and security

Many people know the blue machines standing here and there and the jumping bird (according to some versions - pterodactyl) waving a welcome foot, they say, give money.
So, I am a regular user of this payment system. Very convenient, you know: I threw the money into the machine, but I paid for the set and paid for everything I expected. But this payment system also has a mobile application - “Mobile Wallet”. About him that will be discussed.

I downloaded it under Windows Mobile and decided to feel the beauty of mobile payments. I will leave the interface alone, focusing on what was not clear to me. The application refused to accept my password. Repeated input also failed. Although the site took it with a bang.
Baga, I thought, and wrote to tech support (by the way it was 05/26/2009):
In your application, it is impossible to enter a password that contains characters other than Latin letters and numbers (that is, $% is no longer entered), and the system takes them well on the site.
Please correct it.
Sincerely, Dmitry.

To which, I received the answer relatively quickly:

Such an opportunity will not appear in the near future, we recommend on the site to change the password containing only Latin letters and numbers.

')
It remains unclear why the payment system representative consciously suggests the client to reduce the password security and increase the likelihood of matching it? Captcha on the site is not so hot, it is easily recognized.
But the rest - quite good service.

Still not losing hope for a good “Mobile Wallet” your user.
