Apple is facing a new threat

Experts keep their eyes on Apple and its three partners - Sony BMG, Universal and EMI record labels. "Yablochnikov" suspected of banal collusion with the monsters of the recording industry.

As a result, the collusion itself suffers, as usual, as simple users who are forced to buy music in the iTunes store at prices set for the country where they live. At the same time, the cost of the composition can vary quite noticeably. For example, in Germany, a song can cost $ 1.32, and in the UK - $ 1.56. Jonathan Todd, a spokesman for the European Commission, said that "this is a serious problem."

Legal experts turned to Apple and its partners with a formal inquiry. If the explanations that they have to submit within two months turn out to be inconclusive, all three will receive substantial fines.
