- no one ordered spam. But, for example, advertising on the radio, too, twist without asking listeners.

- spam is often a hoax. But, the consumer of ordinary advertising can also be deceived.

- spam is smothered with spam filters. But, why then not the ability to filter ads on TV.

Discussion all boiled down to three aspects: illegally, unethically and harming the image of the company. The first two points - here you can not argue. But about the last.



If you think about it, spam is usually deleted without reading, therefore the person does not know what it is about, the image does not suffer.

If a person looks through all the letters, then he is unlikely to remember any particular company.

If a person opened the letter and read, then he is involved - there is no harm to the image either.



This is more likely to refer to the distribution of links to porn sites, and spam letters with services (from room cleaning to car repair)
