Microsoft , which Windows Vista brought a lot of headaches, has started a new problem: now it is accused of unfair marketing.
A resident of Washington initiated a new lawsuit against the company, arguing that Microsoft began to mold stickers with the words "Windows Vista Capable" on computers before the new OS went on sale. In addition, this label marked even those computers that were able to run only the "castrated" version of Windows Vista, which did not support the newfangled Aero or Flip3D interface.
Thus, according to the plaintiff, Microsoft misled its potential customers. The company has so far been denied that its website lays out the minimum requirements for Windows Vista, and anyone could read them. ')
