In the epilogue to the book "7 skills of effective managers" I enjoyed listening to a brief interview with Stephen Covey. This person surprisingly simply talks about simple and at the same time complicated things that we often forget. There are 5 bad habits, malignant tumors, which contradict the principles of the 7 skills of effective managers and make a person a victim.
I decided to make a small memo for managers.

5 deadly sins manager:
To complain
Criticize
Compare yourself with others
Compete for recognition
Furiously defend their case
And if these habits themselves and in ordinary people do not promise anything good, then in the nature and behavior of the manager, they, as I see it, simply put an end to his career, because they build a strong box of stress around such a manager, misunderstanding and professional limitations.
