Floating anchors

Versta comments for the next project. It was always annoying that the anchor in the comments lowered the screen to the desired comment "butt", whereas from an aesthetic point of view it would be nice if there was some kind of indent from the top of the screen border to the comment itself.

The decision came by itself:
a.anchor{position:absolute;margin-top:-10px;}
now all the anchors did not confuse the layout with their presence and were 10 pixels above their destination. The result gave me
