Profit sharing

Dear readers, this question to you:
how do you share, are you planning to share, or have you heard somewhere about the division of profits between the developers of a beginner to make a startup profit?

It is clear that if friends and comrades are taken for development, then there is a great temptation to share profits from the project equally among all participants, but from the point of view of management (in particular, motivation) this is absolutely a dead end option. Because impossible situation in which all participants will work with the same impact throughout the project.

The most logical, in my opinion, is the cost estimate before the start of the project:
a) how many hours will be spent on the project
b) what is the cost per hour of each participant
c) what other valuable resources the participant can provide (equipment, connections, outstanding personal qualities).
