I took from the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) a certificate for the program.
We registered fairly quickly: 1.5 months had passed since the application was submitted, before the certificate was prepared. Of the financial costs - only the payment of state duty of about 1,200 rubles. The application itself consisted of 74 sheets of a fragment of the source code of the system and 5 sheets of other papers.
Briefly the registration process itself:

6) In FIPS, I definitely needed a seal - when I arrived there for a certificate, I had to additionally sew the sheets with the source code, put a list and a seal on them.
When flashing the source codes, I broke one awl, nearly pierced the table with the others - the expert said, “The State will forgive everything”. I understood what the money was going to pay for registration fees).
Now we need to figure out how to correctly use intellectual property in order to increase the value of the company.
It seems in comparison with the registration of a trademark registration of a computer program is much easier and faster.
