I tried to persuade your operators to issue my application by phone, I offered to throw it on e-mail (even offered to throw a scan with a signature and stamp), and even naively thought to talk to someone from the quality control department, but you probably , does not exist.
After a long search, I found good people who allowed to use their fax. I sent you this damn application. But ... I was not destined to find out if she had reached, since only a day later she would be given a registration number. In the meantime, no one can help me. And the problem is that if the application did not reach, then I can not fix it (because you need to send it before the 20th, and today it is the 19th). And my experience with you indicates that the probability of losing my application is very high.
Your kind operators “understand me, but they cannot help me, because the fax is autonomous and in general in another building, and you cannot call there, and customers can also contact the boss only via fax”.
I just want to inform you that all civilized companies have long refused to fax as the main way to communicate with customers. For this, invented, for example, such a thing as authorized applications in the "Personal Account"! But for you, this seems to be too complex technology.

PS: 2 years my office is connected to the Internet through COMSTAR-Direct, known in wide circles as STREAM Business. The prices for legal entities were still “draconian”, and since March 1 of this year they have been raised, now I am paying 6,300 rubles a month for an ADSL channel at 1 Mb / s. Enraged the very fact of raising prices (at the expense of small businesses decided to compensate for their losses from the crisis). I leave to competitors from the principle, their prices are almost the same.
