Announced VirtualBox 3.0 Beta 1

Yesterday, June 18, 2009, Sun began publicly testing a new version of VirtualBox 3.0 beta 1.

In the new version there will be a significant amount of new features:
SMP support up to 32 virtual CPUs (only for VT-x and AMD-V)
In guest Windows: the ability to use Direct3D 8/9 applications and games
Support OpenGL 2.0 for Windows, Linux and Solaris guest systems

And of course, a large number of patches and cosmetic improvements.
