Confirmation of registration on Runet.ru - spam?

I have just received a letter confirming registration at runet.ru, although I did not attempt to register there.
Given that this is a new social. network, the question arose ... is it really someone who has the wrong address or is my case not a single case (a bunch of corresponding rays towards runet.ru)?
