Problems at provider Relcom

UPDATE: the problem is already mostly solved.

Already the second hour of the server for a collocation at the oldest provider of the Runet “Relcom” is not responding, just like its own. Several hundreds of servers and several paid hosting sites are hosted there.

Obviously, some kind of accident with the channel. I would like to know what the reason is, because similar accidents on a smaller scale have already happened.
