MTS-Ukraine: Communication does not work in Kharkov

June 15, for more than 2 hours it is impossible to get through anywhere from mobile phones from MTS. Complaints are received from different districts of Kharkov.

In the comments I propose to voice your district or even a city from which it is not possible to make calls.
Objective: to determine the extent of the failure.
