habraforum

So how often in personal blogs they write some questions that do not carry interest for readers, but only interesting ones that have written, then there is a proposal to create a habraforum, well, or a separate blog on habra that would not get into the main one under any circumstances. It would be nice to prohibit lowering karma for questions in this forum / blog, but this can not be done (except to make the questions anonymous)
