Hiding blogs and tracking comments

Hey.

There were 2 ideas for the site.

1. Hiding blogs (Posts)
You can subscribe to a private blog, and the posts will be visible in the “Zahabarenny”, but not visible to those who are not signed. For example, "Humor on Habré."
But I would like a button to not see posts from open blogs either in “Zahabarenny”, or in a new, nowhere.
Ie, I pressed the button, and that’s all, this blog no longer exists for you.

2. Tracking comments.
There is a function that points to new comments in the article.
But I would also like to be able to mark some kind of comment, and that all new answers to this comment should be singled out in a special way. Or even an alert by mail, or a separate page where there are summaries of responses to subscribed (monitored) branches . For example, a person answered after half a year, but you did not find out about it.


3. When will they add an offtop button ???
already got any thanks, bug fixes, and other flood. I want to stupidly read the opinions of people on the subject, and not just any verbal diarrhea.

ppt here in the tooltips on the tags I saw "tracking the user." Yes, I would also like such a function. Do not ask for the same to all friends;) but want to follow
