And now about the beauty of the earth - not so long ago began the second round of the selection of 7 new wonders of nature.
According to the regulations of the world competition, at the first stage, the selection of one participant from the country took place according to the greatest number of votes received during the voting on the Internet.
In total, 260 participants from all continents got into the second round, unique natural places of their favorite Ukraine, Russia, Belarus got into it: Baikal, Askania-Nova, Belovezhskaya Pushcha.

And now about the main thing, in my humble opinion, this vote for our beautiful natural riches asks for habra effect ;-) And where to vote and which underwater pebbles in a few words I will tell under the cut.
Voting will last until July 7, 2009. Of the 77 participants who will get the most votes during online voting, the expert jury will select the 21st finalist of the competition. Seven new natural wonders of the world are scheduled for 2011. The Organizing Committee estimates that up to 100 million people can take part in the voting.

In a not entirely simple form of selection, it is proposed to first enter your e-mail address.
We indicate it in good faith - any of your working address, because A link will come with a confirmation of the vote!
Next, select 7 wonders directly - you need to fill in all 7 fields, choosing categories and from the list of participants connected with them (wonders), this is my first troika; and I suggest that you put in a pleasant order to you, without quarrels and reproaches - without questions:
Askania-Nova and Belovezhskaya Pushcha in the category “Forests, National Parks and Nature Reserves”, and Baikal in the category “Lakes, Rivers, Waterfalls”. Kazakhstan is in the first category, and another participant from Russia (territorially together with Lithuania) is in the last category.
