JVC introduced the ultra-thin 32-inch LCD display JVC GD-32X1. The display is understandable Full HD with a 4000: 1 contrast ratio, but the thickness of this model is only 6.4 mm from the central part and 25 mm at the base. The model has already gone to the series, and will soon appear for sale. The company has bypassed all manufacturers of television equipment that have shown so far only experimental or release models. The monitor is intended for industrial use, but we are not talking about factories and plants, we are talking about airports, train stations, as well as boutiques and restaurants, where such a stylish design would be very appropriate. The display can optionally be supplied with speakers of 5 watts per channel, has two HDMI interfaces, a component input. And the slot for SD / SDHC cards, that is, it is quite possible to use the display and as a means for your home theater. The price is not stated, but it will be many times higher than any TV with similar parameters. Here it’s not the subtleties of the display, but the fact that industrial visualization tools are always created for more difficult working conditions than home ones. For example, for high dust or smoke, as well as for work on the street or in conditions of high or low temperatures. JVC GD-32X1 will be available in late August of this year.
