Alignment of the profile panel and the format of the ad unit.

Once again, I’m starting to focus on formatting and block consistency. I would like two things. The first is to align the profile panel across the field on the left so that they form a single vertical with the live broadcast and tag cloud. The second thing is a habrahabrit banner. Is it possible to make it not vertical, but horizontal? And so that its width was the same as that of the blocks of live broadcast and the tag cloud? And the top was aligned with the speakers collective personal, etc.
