Podcasts and scary firewall

I love to listen to podcasts at work. Hence the problems :). In my new work, all files with the extension mp3 or wav, and others like them are blocked. How would you ask Habr to twist and try to pack podcasts in zip? Or at least duplicated the file, simply changing the extension to it and putting the link in parallel with the main one.
