Why so? What are the benefits to companies from new users? They are given all sorts of bonuses, discounts, new services.

Meanwhile, old customers only get these “pies” - a change in tariffs, the emergence of fees for once free services. I would especially like to emphasize the behavior of our regional provider. Approximately 3-4 times a year, new tariffs and exemptions are introduced for new customers, such as unlimited 4 Mb / s for 800 rubles. per month, whereas for “ordinary” clients the ceiling is 2 Mb / s for 1400 rubles. and no discounts, etc.
