CMS Magazine has found out the web studios' opinion about the Tagline rating
Last week, the Tagline expert group published the results of the Top 100 Web Studios of Russia Rating. Like last year, the rating caused a mixed reaction among market participants.
The editors of CMS Magazine asked experts and developers not only to answer questions , but also to comment on their answers.
