Rush of the optical highway of Rostelecom

On the site of Achinsk-Krasnoyarsk there was a rush of the main optical cable belonging to Rostelecom. The providers connected to this channel, up to Vladivostok, may experience (and experience) problems with access to the Internet. As far as I know, Rostelecom has used its reserves, but it is not enough for everyone. Sonderkommand engineers left for damage, fix it closer to the night.
